Captain Jason Cote (Kansas City Police Department, Central Patrol Division) reports that residents in the Kensington neighborhood, located on the north side of the Kansas River, are expressing growing concern about potential health impacts from the incident at the HFSM Kansas City Terminal. Several community members have noted a strong petroleum odor in the air and are asking whether any air monitoring operations are being conducted near their homes. This is a Drill!
