Eric Nitcher (HFSM Executive Vice President, General Counsel) questions whether company officials are working with the American Red Cross to accommodate residents displaced by this morning’s oil spill at the Kansas City Terminal. He suggests for company employees to find out if American Red Cross volunteers need any supplies, food, or provisions to handle the potential influx of local residents. Mr. Nitcher also recommends for a company representative be sent to the evacuee center to monitor activities and serve as a liaison with affected members of the community. This is a Drill!
